Henkel CEE Academy

It is our firm belief that the success of our company in the long run can only be ensured if our employees are well prepared for permanently changing market conditions in terms of their professional and personal competencies.

Henkel offers its employees a wide range of opportunities for personal growth including career planning, job-rotations and job-enrichment as well as competency assessment and development.

One of the most important tools for consistent development of competencies and skills of our people is the Henkel CEE Academy – a systemic, long-term instrument for personnel and organizational development.
The HCEE Academy, launched in 2001, offers developmental centres, workshops and seminars on more than 20 topics. All modules and elements of the Academy are in line with the Henkel's Vision, philosophy and strategic company goals. Trainings cover professional knowledge and skills (Marketing, Key Account Management, Sales) as well a wide range of managerial and social skills (Communication, Leadership, Social Competence, Conflict Management, etc.)

The Henkel CEE Academy is available for all Henkel employees in all CEE countries in the form of international seminars held in the English language as well as local trainings in local languages. The seminars are delivered by highly professional team of 60 external international trainers from 17 countries thoroughly selected, trained and devoted to Henkel values.

Sound system of quality management – needs analysis, feedback, update of contents and methods – ensures continuous improvement and further development of the HCEEA. In 2003 Henkel CEE Academy won worldwide Henkel-Award as the most mature educational system and long-term project. It was taken as the basis for the world-wide harmonization of Henkel internal education system.

The HCEEA aspires to achieve one of the most important strategic goals of the Henkel CEE Group: to ensure sustainable growth for the company as well as for every single employee by promoting “Shared Knowledge, Shared Culture, Shared Future”.
