Henkel is represented in all Baltic States – Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, commonly known as Henkel Baltics. The business is managed through two administrative offices.

Henkel Balti OÜ in Tartu, Estonia for Adhesives Technologies. Henkel Balti OÜ was established in Tartu, Estonia in 1996 as Loctite Balti OÜ. After the Loctite acquisition, the company focused on the sales and development of the Henkel Adhesives business in all the three Baltic countries.

Henkel Latvia SIA in Riga, Latvia is the sales and marketing company for detergents and cosmetics.

Henkel Lithuania (in Vilnius) is responsible for detergents and cosmetics business development in Lithuania

Despite the geographical spread of the businesses and the different languages and cultures in the three baltic countries, the Henkel team enjoys a common management, an increasing pan-Baltic team spirit and sense of belonging.

The positive attitude is also visible in the sales results. Over the last decade Henkel has gained considerable market shares in all the business areas. The most prominent Henkel brands locally are:

• Detergents: Persil, Silan, Rex, Minirisk, Bref
• Cosmetics: Schwarzkopf, Fa, Schauma
