First launched in 1897 in Sweden, Vademecum is the oldest brand in the Henkel Oral Care portfolio. In the 1950’s Henkel started to roll out the brand in Western Europe. Thanks to its success, the brand Vademecum was also launched in Central Eastern European, starting 1994. Today, it’s spread all over Europe and is most successful in France and CEE.
